Refund Policy

Payments on Narava go through Fanvue's checkout, so refunds are requested through Fanvue.

Series

If something you bought will not play or is not what was described, ask for a refund through Fanvue. Once a purchase is refunded it no longer opens on Narava.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time through Fanvue. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing. A refunded subscription payment ends the subscription straight away.

Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed with your bank, what it paid for is closed while it is open.
